MHP – Medium High Pressure Smooth Bore PTFE Hose

Medium high pressure (4000 PSI) PTFE hose is a popular choice for use as pigtails in the compressed gas industry. These hoses are also ideal for use in the steel industry where they are subjected to rapid rate impulses that are common on tapping jacks, mud guns and Continuous Caster hydraulic systems. Series MHP hose has a conductive PTFE core surrounded by two layers of stainless steel wire braid. Our larger diameter hoses have up to four layers of stainless steel wire spiral wrap for added strength.
